Welcome to Fixz App (“Fixz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Fixz mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, quality, or suitability of any Service Provider.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Service Bookings

Customers may request services through the Platform.

Service Providers may accept or decline service requests.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Fixz may charge service fees for the use of the Platform.

5. Payments

Payments must be made through the Platform using approved methods.

Fixz may facilitate payments between Customers and Service Providers.

Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on the scope of work.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges in the UAE or UK will apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel a booking within a specified timeframe [define: e.g., 2 hours before service].

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Responsibilities of Service Providers

Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of Fixz.

They are solely responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance with applicable UAE and UK laws.

Service Providers must perform services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Fixz is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising from services provided by Service Providers.

Users accept that services are provided at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Fixz disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent activities.

Harass, abuse, or harm Service Providers or Customers.

Violate any applicable UAE or UK laws.

10. Termination

Fixz may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by Fixz or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

For users in the UAE, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

For users in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective region.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
